The widget was installed, the operators were connected, but the widget is not displayed on the site. What is the problem?
Check if you have a check mark in the settings so that the widget is hidden when the operator is not online and no operator is online, then the widget may not appear due to such settings. So if you uncheck the box/the operator goes online, the widget will appear.
If you do not have such a function enabled or enabled, but there are operators on the Online network, then check whether you have correctly installed the widget code on the site.
