All browser permissions required for operators to work

1. Check that the camera and microphone are connected to the device

2. Go to the advanced site settings

3. Configure “Allow” the use of microphone, camera and sound.

Then go back to your account and refresh the page.

4. Install the web application and pin it to the taskbar.

When you go online at the beginning of the working day, open the application, at the end of the working day, do not forget to close it so that the connection remains relevant.
