How does integration work?

1. Your client calls you via VideoForce.
2. After the call is finished a client card is created in amoCRM, which you can extend and move through the funnel.

How to set up integration?

Integration is set up through the Albato service. Setting it up takes no more than 20 minutes. You will need to create a new integration, configure the receiving of events from VideoForce and transfer them to amoCRM.

STEP BY STEP INSTRUCTION

Another new feature: video gallery.

Now you don't have to record a webcam gif screen saver for the operator. You can upload any video from your desktop there.

Also all video uploaded to the video widget is saved in the video gallery in your VideoForce account.
